Barbara B. Clough, 93, of Scottsdale, Ariz., passed away on July 29, 2019. She was born on May 10, 1926 in New York City.

There, she attended public school and then went on to the University of Wisconsin for two years. She left the university to join her mother and stepfather in Cleveland in 1946.
