Newspaper Delivery

The Cleveland Jewish News is sent via the United States Postal Service. Local customers should receive their newspapers in their Friday mail. Out-of-town delivery may take 3-4 additional delivery days. Call 216-342-5185 for questions regarding delivery or billing or if you have not received your newspaper.

Advertising

There are two types of advertising: classified ads and display ads. Classifieds are published each week in the classifieds section of the Cleveland Jewish News and online at cjn.org. Display ads are inserted throughout the paper and/or cjn.org and come in a variety of sizes.

Submit a lifecycle announcement

Use the forms at the links below to submit announcements for the lifecycles section. Lifecycle announcements submitted by 12pm on Mondays are included in that week’s paper. Lifecycle announcements also appear on our website and are included in our weekly Lifecycles e-newsletter, which is sent at noon every Monday and received by more than 1,500 subscribers.

Letters to the editor

The CJN provides an open forum for reader feedback and comments. Letters to the editor can be submitted online, e-mailed to editorial@cjn.org or mailed to Letters, CJN, 23880 Commerce Park, Beachwood, Ohio 44122 (please type and double space, or write legibly). All submissions must include your full name, town of residency and daytime phone number (phone number will not be printed).

Letters must not exceed 250 words. Letters must include the writer’s name and city of residence and a daytime telephone number where the writer can be reached to verify authenticity. This number will not be published. Letters are subject to editing for grammar and style and must not contain accusations or unverified facts. The burden of proof lies with the writer. Letters thanking a list of businesses or sponsors will not be published. Letters can’t include more than three signatures. Letters must be unique to the CJN and can’t appear elsewhere. Letters responding to stories in other publications that are not reported in the CJN generally will not be published. Updated March 2014
